We provide airport pickups and drop-offs, point-to-point transfer, hourly car service, city tour, shopping tour, daily, weekly and monthly car rental service with driver. Everything- customized trips too.

We will do our best to avoid charging you extra time when events are not in your control. Airport pick up service: domestic flights have 45 minutes included waiting time, the international flights have one hour included waiting time, and we provide 30 minutes waiting time at hotel, office, residence pickups. After included waiting time, we will charge RMB50 for every 30 minutes extra waiting time.

We are very flexible for Sedans and minivans. You may cancel your reservation without charge by calling us two hours before pickup time. For airport pickups, clients can cancel our service before the plane takes off. Cancellation reservation for a bus reservation requires 24 hours’ notice. If you give less notice than this, a late cancellation charge will be made to you. The late cancellation charge may be equal to the reservation cost. An all-inclusive price includes all services, taxes, fees, and gratuities, no hidden fees; the fixed price is an all-inclusive price. So regardless of weather, time of day, or traffic, the customer knows exactly the rate they will pay.

 

Sedans can fit 4 medium bags or 2 suitcases. Minivans can fit 4-5 suitcases.

 

Yes, we monitor all incoming flights. Your driver arrives at the airport based on the scheduled arrival time.

 

Downtown Dongguan to Shenzhen airport is one hour drive. Downtown Dongguan to Guangzhou airport will take 1.5 hours. Cross border from Dongguan to Hong Kong international airport will take 2.5 hours normally. Please keep in mind that weather, traffics, holidays, and other events may lengthen travel times.

We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle type. However, you can make requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are not responsible for any baggage, personal items, or anything else left behind by passengers in the vehicle. However please contact us if you have lost an item and we will return it to you if we have found it.

 

All of our vehicles are new and in good condition, no vehicle is older than 5 years.

We prefer 24 hour notification but we do accept on demand service based on availability.

 

The recommended arrival time for domestic flights is 2 hours before your flight and 3 hours for international flights. If you don’t plan on checking bags for your domestic flight, you may arrive an hour before your departure.
